Interior design for spajz, a bistro in Hamburg focused on fresh and seasonal comfort food, from breakfast, a daily lunch menu, cakes and sandwiches to selected German wines.
The space was previously used as a therapy practice, and in addition to the interior decoration and furnishing also required a new floor plan and stairs to the basement, which now includes a guest restroom and storage facilities.
The owner and chef Nóra Horváth's briefing was that spajz should be a classy but comfy space with petrol, gold and wood tones, where people of every age and type feel at home.
I also designed the logo and print material for spajz.
